Clinical Trial Integration
GenoPredicta can be integrated directly into clinical trial protocols as a central laboratory service, which supports genomic eligibility screening, on-treatment response monitoring, and end-of-study biomarker characterization. Using only peripheral blood or bone marrow, the test can be straightforwardly deployed across distributed trial network.
Biomarker Discovery and Data Access
Predicta’s longitudinal genomic cohort of hematological malignancies, built from serial whole-genome sequencing of circulating tumor cells, supports translational research programs and drug target identification. The longitudinal nature of the dataset captures clonal evolution and immune dynamics across the full treatment course which makes the data set particularly well suited for the discovery of novel biomarkers of response and resistance. Research collaborations and co-development arrangements are available for partners seeking access to this data or interested in joint biomarker discovery programs.
